A. Yes, there will be a deposit, but you will get a receipt and we keep it separate and secure.
A. You are storing your items at your own risk and if something of yours causes damage to one of our containers or property, you will have to pay for it, so we do ask that you take out some insurance but do ask us as we will help point you in the right direction.
A. Pretty much anything so long as it isn't dangerous, toxic, illegal or alive (that includes plants) or wet! You can also store trailers, caravans, boats and motorhomes.
A. We know flexibility is often important in life, so we start our storage contracts at only 1 week. This is mainly for people moving house, who have a delay between selling and buying.
A. We do ask for valid ID. This can be a driving license or passport along with a recent utility bill.
A. As you can be with us for as little as a week, this can cost you as little as £10 for a trailer stored outdoors or £28 for a 20-foot container all to yourself.
A. You can pay by bank transfer, standing order, Direct Debit, Cheque (if they still exist!) or even cash!
A. Yes, we have a locked gate, a fenced boundary and security cameras to keep your possessions secure.
A. Because we have a combination lock gate, you can access your items at any time. The site is lit and covered by CCTV for your protection and security.
A. The containers come with a padlock for which we keep a key, and you have a copy. If you add your own padlock, we do have the right to cut it off if we need to.
A. We keep mainly 20 ft (6m) by 8 ft (2.4m) containers, although if you have a specific requirement, then just ask and we'll see if we can help.
A. We currently don't have electric hookup for your caravan or motorhome, but you can access the site any time to check on your vehicle and run the engine to keep everything in working order.
